· How to start playing on TheGods?

First you will need to create a game account. Select Create Account from menu and falow the instructions.

Q. How can i get help in game?
A. Open a ticket in game. Hit the ? mark in bottom-right near your bags and select your issue. The Game Masters in game will try to solve your issue.
Q. How can i get help outside the game?
A. Use the Contact option form menu. This tickets will be solved eather you are online or offline.
Q. What are the conditions to make a donation?
A. You will need to have your own PayPal account or Credit Card and to be over 18 years old.
Q. How do i make a donation?
A. Select Make a Donation form menu. Next, select the realm where is your character. Complete the fields required and select your rewards. NOTE: Donations are optional. You will get rewarded for your donation with items you chose. You will not get a refund. Please read Donation Agreement Terms before donating.
Q. How long will take to recive my reward after donating?
A. Usually it take no longer then 5 minutes. You will recive your rewards in game on your MailBox.
Q. I didn't recive me donation rewards, what should i do?
A. If the 5 minutes passed, you connected to your character and you checked the mailbox then you will need to make a ticket outside the game. Select Contact us form Menu, select as subject Donation Ticket, complete all the fields required (Real Name, PayPal account and Transaction ID) and you will have your ticked answered with priority.
Q. What do i do if i get banned for cheating / abuse?
You may appeal your ban. Make a ticket on the website. To do that select Contact us on the menu, make your subject "Ban Appeal Ticket". Please mention in the message why you think you should be unbanned, and why you think you were banned, than we will investigate your status.If you donated you are not excused from being banned, you will not get refunded if you are.
